Common issues
Alarms aren't going off — what do I check first?
Some phone manufacturers (especially Xiaomi, Samsung, and Huawei) aggressively kill background apps to save battery. Make sure Nur has permission to run in the background and is excluded from any battery optimization or 'app hibernation' list in your phone's settings.
How do I stop the pause screen from appearing for an app?
Open Nur, go to your budgeted apps list, and remove or raise the budget for that app.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall Nur, or clear its storage from your phone's app settings — everything Nur stores locally is removed with it.
